A few years ago one of Aunt Rulie Wierenga’s grandchildren prepared a detailed family photo book, which Rulie’s daughter Irene Vriend loaned to us. In August 2023 I copied a few pages from the book and posted those copies here. In 2014, Rulie and all her children plus a few spouses and several grandchildren traveled to the Netherlands, and I copied a couple of pages from a photo book based on that trip as well. In both instances my intent was to provide our children and grandchildren with a bit of illustrated history from the Wierenga side.
